Bad Servers

What is a good free linux server monitor package that has a web gui? I have multiple servers co-lo and I want to setup an additional screen for monitoring their up-time, services, memory, drive space, bandwidth...etc. If possible all on one screen if possible. Just wondering what other admins like to use for this.

When booting Microsoft Server 2003 the Monitor turns on, displays windows boot screen, then shuts off. Why? I recently changed addresses. I moved my server from one house to the next. Everything used to work fine at my old house but when I tried to turn on my server at my new place it starts to boot up and then my monitor shuts off. I am running server 2003. I get the Server 2003 boot screen with the bar at the bottom, then the screen goes blank and then hibernates. The hard drive light flashes a little but pretty much stops after the monitor shuts off with the exception of a few blinks here and there. Any suggestions?

How to turn off monitor thru server? I am making 5 pc network. 1 as server and the other 4 for rental. I want to set an automatic timer for the 4 pc. I have seen some shop with automatic timer. one that turns off monitor or freeze monitor after the time set in the server. I don't have any idea how it was done and how it work. All I know is that the server control the time use by the other pc, they can set and reset the time and that the customer should inform the attendant earlier if they are extending or else the monitor freeze when time lapse. I can't ask the owner of the shop how and I'm short in cash thats why I cant hire a programmer, so I'm trying to fix everything up. If you know anything about it, will you be kind and teach me how? What steps must be taken for perodic maintaince of a web server? My company will be moving from a shared hosted server to a dedicated server (Unix). I understand that on a dedicated server, we will be responsible to do everything which includes maintaince. The problem comes when a certain employee repeatedly has MASSIVE computer issues (trojans, viruses, etc). I have talked with this person on multiple occassions. Employee denies ever visiting anything inappropriate or potentially harmful. But the fact is, I have had to pay a computer tech to come in and fix this employee's pc on multiple occasions ($100/hr). At this point, I have spent more on fixing the pc than it is worth. AND every time I pay to have it fixed, the employee goes back and does the same thing. I even gave the employee an new PC in hopes that is was, in fact, a problem with the old PC. Guess what? Three days later . . . same problem. I just want to prove, beyond a shadow of doubt, that the employee is doing something that is causing the problem. Again, I am OK with internet use, as long as it doesn't cost me money . . .
