How can I easily find the free political downloads on iTunes?

Last year, before a visit to D.C., I downloaded several old political speeches, such as people speaking at the national conventions for both parties. I searche specifically for them. Does anyone know of a way to find all free downloads? Or all free political downloads? Or something similar?

I'm guessing this is most likely where those political speeches came from since someone could have posted them as part of a podcast.
